Acoustic Rock Guitarist…..

George Holloway is a 24yr old acoustic guitarist solo artist/singer who’s been on the Dorset music scene since 2005. George has achieved local success around Dorset, performing in various bars and restaurants on the South Coast.

George achieved a personal goal by playing 212 gigs in 27 venues In 2010 after being determined to beat his previous best in 2009 with 51! All in all George has played over 400 gigs in 6 years and in the process, he has built up an enormous repertoire of over 600 cover songs, all of which are from memory!

When George is not gigging, he concentrates on writing songs for a future project which he insists will further his career. George has a strong desire to form his own band which he claims will expand his options further in the music world.

George’s is inspired by bands such as

• Oasis
• Bon Jovi
