1950′s to Present Day Cabaret..

She was born 18th August 1987 in Christchurch, Dorset UK.
Jamie-Louise’s first stage performance came at a young age playing Mary in the playschool nativity. As a confident reader she often gained the roles of the narrator during the plays at primary school and took an active part in the choir. Her love for performing led to her taking lessons in ballet, tap and modern dance soon after.

Having grown up in a large family Jamie-Louise was bought up listening to a variety of music. Her first singing experience came at 7 years old when she sang the Tammy Winnette version of D.I.V.O.R.C.E in a holiday camp karaoke competition, being awarded 2nd place.

Teenage Years

After joining secondary school she auditioned for the school choir and not long after was encouraged to take classical singing lessons with the schools music teacher. After being encouraged to perform her first solo in the Christmas play aged 14, singing soon became a regular occurrence.

Jamie-Louise successfully auditioned for the National Youth Training Choir of Great Britain and spent two summers performing with them throughout the UK. She decided to take some singing exams and eventually gained a grade 7 with the Guildhall School of music.

After leaving school she bravely decided to venture into singing more ‘popular’ music and entered several of the South’s talent competitions. She was successful at reaching the final in all except for one competition.
Between the ages of 16 and 18 Jamie-Louise spent most weekends singing in Hotels, Holiday Camps, Pubs and Clubs even making one regular appearance in a barn!!

Recent Years

After taking sometime out Jamie-Louise has rediscovered her passion for performing and is back doing what she loves best, entertaining at live music venues.

Jamie-Louise is available to perform Cabaret slots and also for the whole evening. She performs a variety of music by request from the 1950’s up to present day and even has one song in her repertoire that was written back in 1929!
