Ross was born January 1983 and ever since he was a child he would always try and be the joker and make his friends and family laugh. Ross’s father was also a very funny man and he bought Ross up on all the old comedy greats such as Morecambe and Wise, Bob Monkhouse (which to this day is Ross’s favourite old time comedian), Tommy Cooper and many more! We suppose you could say they were before Ross’s time but he says that comedy back then was worth every laugh and every penny of the TV licence!

In October 2000 Ross joined the Royal Navy to be a steward and spent 6 great years travelling the world and seeing the world is what he sought out to do. Ross was at one point Prince Andrews personal steward for a 2 day visit to his squadrons base at Yeovilton and Ross has served on HMS Ark Royal as well as a few other great Naval War ships in his career. Sadly his career was cut short by medical discharge and Ross carried on his profession outside of the Royal Navy by managing Hotels in the Bournemouth area and recently working at the prestigious 4 star hotel the Captains Club.

It was while he was at the Captains Club Ross thought to himself that he wanted to be on the giving end of entertainment so he pursued a new dream……

Therefore Ross began Stand up comedy in Public in October 2007 and carried on with different material making his set gradually grow. With his extreme sense of humour and sarcastic wit Ross soon became comfortable to perform at the local comedy clubs leaving crowds to savour his comedic abilities. Ross soon set about getting other fellow comedians and singers together to form Mazmister Entertainments and since then Ross has held showcases of all his acts which have gone down very well including a recent comedy showcase at New Milton Football Club. He has also been DJ’ing around Bournemouth and out of the area in such places as Swanage, Bovington and Blandford.
